Creating a home that buyers aspire to live in is what we at Mysa do best. We started working with developers to assist in delivering something different from the 'usual' show home. Buyers tastes and requirements around interior design have shifted and they expect more when walking into a home, a reason why Mysa was formed as we wanted to help developers achieve that boutique, top end look within an achievable budget.

Sustainability is high on our agenda so we make sure we work with the best supply chains who also work hard to reduce their impact on the environment.

When designing any show home we have to Understand who will likely be buying your homes, this is key to designing a beautiful space that people will walk into and want to live in.  We want to become a part of your team during the process as this allows us to work seamlessly to ensure we deliver a home that you are proud of, on time and on budget.

We love to be on board at an early stage so that we can assist with choosing bathroom, kitchen, flooring finishes as this will have a huge impact on the cohesiveness of the home we can deliver for you.

Initial design meeting - we will work to understand who your buyers are, what they want from their home and how to produce something aspirational but achievable. During this meeting we will discuss the homes you are building in detail, discuss colour palettes and what your vision is for the project.

Concept meeting - presenting those findings from our initial design meeting, allowing you to see the design and vision we have for the home you are building, this meeting allows you to see the design and style ideas for the project through images for each room, an initial walk through of the home allowing you to make any changes or adjustments you think are necessary.

Finishes meeting - We will now present the furniture and finishes we have chosen allowing you to see and feel through fabric samples, colour swatches, material textures, giving you a true picture of what the finished home will look like.

Final design meeting - present a final design for the show home after any changes that may have been required from the finishes meeting

Installation - Our experienced team will ensure delivery of your show home in time for your launch date.
